Make sure you can hear yourself on stage with this great sounding active stage 'wedge' monitor. 
All the amplification you need is on-board so you don't need to carry a separate 'amp rack' to power your speaker. 
In fact the Sense 12A features not one, but TWO, yes...TWO amplifiers. One for the low frequency 'woofer' and one for the high frequency compression driver. This means you don't get the power loss of a passive crossover and the the crossover point between the two drivers can be more accurately defined, and the crossover slopes much steeper. It just sounds better. 
The low frequency amp is 260 watts and the high frequency amp is 40 watts. 
The speaker is a co-axial type with the high frequency unit exiting from the centre of the low frequency driver. This not only means that the dimensions of the cabinet can be kept as compact as possible, but the sound is 'coherent'. The L.F. and H.F. don't sound as if they're coming from different places. 
The speaker magnets are Neodymium which helps keep the weight down. At 15kgs it not THAT lightweight but it's not monstrously heavy either. 
The enclosure is finished in a durable pro-looking paint finish with a full curved robust steel grill which will keep your speaker looking great for longer. 
The enclosure also features a 35mm stand mount fitting so you can use it on a stand as a 'front-of-house' speaker.
